Training Includes:

• Hands-on cabinet and furnituremaking skills
• Machine set-up, safety and operation
• Blueprintreading and shop math
• Precision measuring skills
• Pre-employment training
• Basic math and reading

Qualifications:

• Low income Chicago resident or dislocated worker
• Committed to finding full-time employment in the field of woodworking
• 7th-8th grade reading and math scores
• High level of interest and motivation
• Drug-free
